Role Description The Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District. This role focuses on identifying, managing, and expanding opportunities for AI training and evaluation projects, including collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand domain needs and align them with partner platform offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, supporting the setup and coordination of candidate pipelines, and working with technical teams to understand software development and programming needs related to AI projects.

The Development

Specialist engages with candidates and partners to communicate role expectations,



clarify processes, and support successful onboarding into AI-related work. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, providing feedback on project quality, and contributing to continuous improvement of PARA AI Labs’ services and domain-specific career tracks.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret project data, candidate performance, and market trends, and to make data-informed recommendations.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, partner platforms, and candidates, including clear written and verbal communication in professional settings.
- Foundational understanding of software development and programming concepts to work closely with technical stakeholders and comprehend AI and coding-related project requirements.
- Sales and relationship-building skills to help grow partnerships, promote opportunities to suitable candidates, and support business development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in tech, AI, or platform-based services is beneficial, especially in roles involving project coordination or talent operations.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune District, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with AI concepts, RLHF, or model evaluation work is a plus, along with comfort using modern productivity and collaboration tools.
