What would you do?

- The Learning Admin Associate Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading day to day learning administration operations. This role ensures productive delivery of learning services, adherence to SLAs, quality assurance and effective people coordination.
- The role acts as a key point of contact between learners, stakeholders, vendors and the learning delivery team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in learning processes.
- Manage learning solutions, including activities such as registration,



vendor management, product support, learning management system.
- What are we looking for?
- Primary skill - Learning Operations - P4
- - Relevant years of experience in learning administration or learning shared services
- Prior experience in a lead or team coordination role is mandatory
- Exposure to LMS platforms is mandatory
- Exposure to working with clients in the travel and aviation sector
- - Bachelors degree in any discipline
- Certifications in HR, Learning and Development or Operations are an added advantage

- Must be flexible with respect to shift timings Roles and Responsibilities:
- - Lead and manage a team of Learning Admin Associates and Analysts
- Oversee end to end learning administration activities including scheduling, enrollment, tracking and reporting
- Ensure SLA, quality and compliance adherence across learning operations
- Act as an escalation point for learner and stakeholder issues
- Coordinate with Learning Partners, HR, vendors and facilitators for seamless learning delivery
- Review and validate learning data, dashboards and operational reports
- Drive process standardization, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support audits, compliance checks and data privacy requirements relevant to APAC
- Lead client and stakeholder interactions
