The Data Entry Operator will play a vital role in supporting production operations by ensuring accurate and timely data management within our ERP system. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to maintain data integrity and support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately input and maintain critical production data in ERP software, including generating and issuing batch slips.
- Verify the accuracy of entered data by cross-referencing with source documents and promptly rectifying any discrepancies.
- Retrieve and compile data from diverse sources—including paper documents, electronic files, and databases—as requested by various departments.
- Assist in data analysis tasks, such as generating reports, charts, and graphs, to support production planning and operational decision-making.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date records and files in compliance with ISO standards, including production logs, inventory records, and quality control documentation.
- Adhere strictly to data security and confidentiality policies to safeguard sensitive company information.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and department heads to ensure seamless data entry, retrieval,



and accuracy.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency, accuracy, and system usability.
- Liaise with dispatch and logistics teams to coordinate timely data updates and documentation related to shipments and inventory movement.

Skills Required

- Proficiency in using and learning various computer software applications, especially ERP systems.
- Strong experience and accuracy in data entry and data management tools.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Experience Required

- 0–2 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

Qualification Required

- High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
- Additional education or certifications in data management, logistics, or related fields is a strong plus.

Mandatory Requirements

- Must be a local resident of Ankleshwar or its surrounding areas.
