? About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team.
The role will involve handling customer queries, providing product and platform assistance, supporting customer onboarding, resolving issues, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply!
? Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, messages, and other communication channels
- Assist customers with platform-related queries and concerns
- Explain CableConnect’s features and guide customers on platform usage
- Support customers with registration, KYC, and onboarding
- Conduct product/platform demonstrations when required
- Follow up with customers regarding pending queries or onboarding requirements
- Assist customers with their first usage and activation on the platform
- Identify customer issues and coordinate with the Product/Technical Team for resolution
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and issues
- Build positive and skilled relationships with customers
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer concerns
✅ Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, technical support, inside sales, or B2B customer handling will be preferred
- Excellent Hindi & English communication skills
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable communicating with customers over calls and messages
- Basic understanding of software/SaaS products
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel locally when required
