About the RoleHallelujah is building a platform for Christian music, podcasts, creators and Bible-based content.

We are looking for a motivated and well-connected Creator & Content Partnership Executive who can help us discover, connect and build relationships with musicians, influencers, content creators, music distributors, podcast creators, churches, worship teams and other Christian content owners.

This is a versatile, performance-oriented part-time opportunity. Working professionals, freelancers, students and people already working in the music/media/creator industry can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and connect with Christian influencers, musicians, singers, worship teams and content creators.
- Build relationships with music distributors, record labels, independent artists and podcast networks.
- Contact creators through Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, email and other platforms.
- Explain Hallelujah and its creator opportunities to potential partners.
- Onboard current creators and content owners onto the platform.
- Help bring new music, podcasts, playlists and other original content to Hallelujah.
- Identify creators with strong audiences and explore partnership opportunities.
- Maintain a database of creators, distributors and potential partners.
- Follow up with contacts and convert conversations into partnerships.




- Coordinate with the Hallelujah product and content team for successful onboarding.
- Explore collaboration opportunities with churches, ministries, Christian organizations and events.
- Help increase the overall amount and variety of quality content available on the app.

Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who:
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Is comfortable talking to people and starting conversations.
- Understands Instagram, YouTube and the creator/influencer ecosystem.
- Has an existing network in music, Christian content, influencers, media or entertainment — this is a strong advantage.
- Can independently search for and approach potential creators.
- Is confident in English and/or Hindi. Other Indian languages are a plus.
- Is target-oriented and interested in performance-based incentives.
- Can manage the work independently with flexible working hours.
