About the Role

NS Ventures is looking for a talented Creative Script Writer to develop engaging scripts and storytelling concepts for real estate and digital content.

You will be responsible for creating compelling narratives for brand films, project videos, YouTube content, social media, promotional campaigns, and other digital formats. The ideal candidate should have robust storytelling skills, excellent English communication, and an understanding of video content.

Experience in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction, Hospitality, Interior Design, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Write engaging scripts for promotional videos, brand films, project showcases, corporate videos, and campaigns.
- Develop scripts for YouTube videos, Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other digital platforms.
- Create voice-over scripts, narrations, hooks, concepts, and video storytelling structures.
- Develop content for explainer, educational, testimonial, event, and campaign videos.
- Research projects, audiences, competitors, and relevant industry topics.
- Convert complex information into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand narratives.
- Collaborate with video editors, designers, videographers, content creators, and marketing teams.
- Participate in brainstorming and content planning sessions.
- Review, edit, and refine scripts based on feedback and project requirements.




- Handle multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Skills & Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Creative Script Writing, Content Writing, or Video Content.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong storytelling, creative writing, and research skills.
- Understanding of hooks, pacing, video structure, and audience engagement.
- Experience writing scripts for digital/video content.
- Strong grammar, editing, proofreading, and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand brand requirements and adapt writing styles accordingly.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple assignments.
- Basic understanding of video production and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with real estate, architecture, construction, hospitality, or interior design content is preferred.
- A portfolio or relevant examples of previous scriptwriting work will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
