Role Description The Creative Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow.

The Creative

Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, branding initiatives, websites, and marketing materials. This role involves collaborating closely with marketing strategists, content creators,



and performance marketers to produce cohesive and impactful designs aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics, refining layout and typography, preparing design files for various platforms, and iterating based on feedback from internal teams and clients.

The Creative

Designer will also contribute ideas to improve brand storytelling, user experience, and overall visual communication across e-Patang’s client portfolio.

Qualifications

- Strong Creative Design capabilities, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, including experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar).
- Experience in Branding, with skill in developing and maintaining consistent visual identities across multiple touchpoints.
- Knowledge of Web Design principles, including layout, responsive design, and user-centric interfaces.
- Relevant experience in a creative agency or digital marketing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, visual aesthetics, and a portfolio demonstrating diverse design work.
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is an advantage.
