We are hiring for a Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bangalore.
Location : Bellandur, Bangalore (Work From Office)
️ Language Requirement : French (B2/C1 Certified) + English
Experience : Accounting / Audit / Bookkeeping / Taxation Professionals

Key Responsibilities
Develop technical skills and knowledge across Audit & Assurance, Bookkeeping, Compilation Engagements, Accounting, and Corporate Tax.
Support the preparation and review of financial statements, working papers, schedules, and related engagement documentation.
Assist with audit and assurance engagements by performing assigned testing, documentation, financial analysis, and follow-up procedures.
Perform bookkeeping activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, reconciling accounts, and supporting period-end close activities.
Prepare corporate tax returns and other related tax filings, where applicable.
Manage multiple client files and assignments while meeting established timelines and quality standards.
Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
Review and resolve discrepancies in financial records and reports.
Establish charts of accounts and prepare journal entries.




Support data analytics reporting and related client deliverables.
Prepare correspondence, technical reports, client summaries, and presentations.
Communicate professionally with French-speaking clients, engagement teams, and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively with client engagement teams and stakeholders.

Essential Skills Required
✅ French-language proficiency at B2 or C1 level with certification from a recognized institution.
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
✅ Solid analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
✅ Strong client service orientation and teamwork skills.
✅ Willingness to build capabilities across Audit, Bookkeeping, Compilation, Accounting, and Tax.

Technical Skills
Foundational understanding of accounting, auditing, taxation, bookkeeping, and financial reporting principles.
Understanding of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, general ledgers, charts of accounts, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
