Senior Business Development Executive
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2-3 years, preferably in Financial Services and B2B Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential business clients within the financial services and corporate sector.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, events, partnerships, and other business development channels.
Engage with clients to understand their business requirements, financial needs, and objectives.
Present and explain FinGurus’ financial services and solutions to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements and ensure smooth execution of services.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to conversion and closure.
Maintain and manage the sales pipeline with regular follow-ups with clients and stakeholders.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate client information, follow-ups, and sales updates in the CRM.
Attend client meetings, networking events,



and industry events as a representative of FinGurus.
Identify recent business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company's client base.

Required Skills:
Strong B2B sales and lead-generation skills.
Experience in the financial services industry will be preferred.
Good understanding of business development and client acquisition.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
Good networking and business development abilities.

Qualification:
Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM is preferred.
Experience in financial services, B2B sales, corporate sales, business development, or related industries will be an advantage.

Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Incentives based on successful closures
