Project Executive – Web & Digital

We are looking for a Project Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support the planning, coordination and delivery of web and digital projects across client accounts.
The role requires someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable coordinating across clients, internal teams and external vendors to keep work moving and ensure timelines, tasks and commitments are tracked effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain weekly JSRs with accurate status, timelines, dependencies and next steps.
Understand current client briefs and translate them into clear tasks and deliverables.
Pipeline incoming work, assign tasks and maintain project/task logs.
Ensure tools such as ProofHub are consistently used for task assignment, tracking and documentation.
Coordinate daily and weekly stand-ups and follow through on actions and dependencies.
Coordinate with clients, internal teams and external vendors on deliverables and timelines.
Track project risks, blockers and delays and escalate them proactively.
Understand project and retainer SOWs and flag potential scope creep.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure invoices are raised and payments are followed up .
Maintain clear documentation of briefs, approvals, changes and key project decisions.

Must-Have Skills
1–2 years of experience in project coordination/delivery,



preferably within a digital, creative, web or technology environment.
Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.
Experience using project/task management tools such as ProofHub, Jira, Asana, ClickUp or similar .
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders and following up to drive closure.
Ability to maintain trackers, project documentation and status reports with attention to detail.
Proactive approach to identifying blockers, dependencies and potential delays.

Good-to-Have Skills
Understanding of CMS platforms and content publishing workflows.
Familiarity with the web development lifecycle - requirements, design, development, QA/UAT and deployment.
Experience working with developers, designers and external technology vendors.
Basic understanding of SOWs, retainers, invoicing and scope management .
Experience working in a digital or web agency environment .
