About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Editor to join our Editorial, Design and Publishing team on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for editing, formatting, and publishing a range of research and analytical content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to editorial standards. You will collaborate with a globally distributed team and support publication activities during APAC business hours.

Key Responsibilities
Edit content as directed by team leads and regional managers.
Review copy for style, branding consistency, grammar, and formatting across documents, charts, tables, and graphics.
Make updates and amendments using content management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Edit, format, and publish reports to ensure clarity, consistency, and editorial excellence.
Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
Provide editorial support to global colleagues during public holidays, annual leave, wellbeing days, or other absences.
Work closely with international teams in a virtual and collaborative environment.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Publishing, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of qualified editing or sub-editing experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.




Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Familiarity with content management systems; experience with publishing platforms is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high editorial standards.
