Are you a ServiceNow expert specializing in the Sales & Order Management (SOM) ecosystem? We are looking for a skilled qualified to drive end-to-end "lead-to-cash" workflows for our team in Bangalore immediately!

Role: ServiceNow SOM Consultant / Developer
Location: Bangalore (Bengaluru) - Interview- F2f
Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Key Responsibilities:
SOM Implementation: Configure and deploy ServiceNow Sales and Order Management modules, bridging the gap between sales commercial logic and technical operations. [1]
Lead-to-Cash Workflows: Handle end-to-end setups including Product Catalog Management, Pricing Architecture, CPQ engines, and Order Orchestration. [1, 2]
Cross-Module Sync:



Work on integrations syncing SOM with Customer Service Management (CSM), ITSM, and underlying platform workflows. [1, 2]
What We Are Looking For:
4–6 years of solid IT experience with a heavy focus on the ServiceNow platform, including hands-on experience with the SOM suite.
Strong understanding of product catalog modeling, order breakdown/fulfillment rules, and customer lifecycle workflows (MACD).
ServiceNow certifications like Certified System Administrator (CSA) or specialized implementation paths are a huge asset. [1, 2, 3, 4] .
