Role Description The Corporate Development Associate – Partnerships with Logistics is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and managing strategic partnerships with logistics service providers and related ecosystem partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and partner research, supporting deal sourcing, preparing financial and strategic analyses, and assisting with due diligence activities for new partnerships.

The associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, product, finance, and legal) to structure partnership agreements, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with eShipz’s growth objectives.



The role also involves preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for leadership, and contributing to continuous improvement of partnership processes and frameworks.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to assess markets, partnership opportunities, and business performance.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Foundational knowledge of finance to support deal modeling, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
- Experience with due diligence processes, including data gathering, risk assessment, and documentation.
- Understanding of corporate law principles relevant to contracts, compliance, and partnership structures.
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate development, partnerships, investment banking, consulting, or a related field, preferably in logistics, SaaS, or eCommerce.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, law, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent tools) for analysis and executive-ready presentations.
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
