Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Corporate Partnership – Logistics professional with 2–6 years of experience in eCommerce or logistics. The role involves identifying, nurturing, and managing strategic partnerships with logistics providers, eCommerce platforms, and enterprise clients to expand eShipz’s network and service offerings. The person in this role will collaborate with internal teams to design and negotiate partnership terms, align operational workflows, and ensure partner onboarding and training are executed smoothly.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring partner performance, analyzing logistics and commercial data, resolving operational issues,



and coordinating with customer service and product teams to enhance partner and client experiences. The role may also include supporting business development initiatives, preparing partnership proposals, and contributing insights for product and process improvements.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret logistics data, track partner performance, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to understand pricing models, negotiate commercial terms, and support revenue optimization.

- Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for reporting and analysis; familiarity with logistics or shipping platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
