About the opportunity

I’m looking for a creative, organised and curious person to work closely with me as a Content Lab Intern.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to understand how content actually gets made, from an idea in a notebook to a finished post, a well-planned Instagram grid, a story set or a reel that goes live.

You’ll work directly with me on planning and executing content for the month. I’ll provide the overall creative direction, ideas and briefs. Your role will be to help turn those ideas into organised, polished and ready-to-publish content.

This is not a traditional marketing internship where you’ll spend most of your time making presentations or writing theoretical reports. You’ll actually be making things, using tools and learning by doing.

What you’ll work on

- Help organise the monthly content calendar.
- Assist in planning Instagram story sets and content themes.
- Turn content briefs into posts, carousels, stories and other social media assets.
- Create designs using Canva, AI tools, existing templates and available brand assets.
- Help plan and arrange the Instagram grid.
- Assist with basic video editing for reels and short-form content.
- Prepare captions, text overlays and other content elements based on briefs.
- Help schedule and publish approved content.
- Organise content folders, files, drafts and final assets.
- Maintain content calendars and task trackers using Google Sheets, Notion or similar tools.
- Follow up on pending tasks and make sure deadlines are met.
- Work closely with me to improve the content workflow over time.

What we’re looking for

You don’t need to be an expert. You just need to be willing to learn,



execute and take ownership of your tasks.

Ideally, you should have:

- Basic knowledge of Canva.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, VN, InShot or a similar tool.
- An understanding of Instagram basics.
- Familiarity with a few AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini or similar tools.
- Basic comfort with Google Sheets and/or Notion.
- Good basic communication skills in English or Hindi.
- The ability to understand and follow a content brief.
- Good file and folder organisation.
- The ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- A willingness to ask questions, learn quickly and improve.

You do not need:

- Advanced marketing strategy knowledge.
- Paid advertising experience.
- SEO expertise.
- Advanced analytics knowledge.
- Professional-level graphic design skills.
- Years of work experience.

We’re looking for someone who can say, “Give me the brief, I’ll figure out how to execute it.”
