Role Description The Content Designer role at Mission JEET is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the Content Designer will plan, design, and structure educational content for JEE and NEET preparation across digital and print formats. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with educators and product teams to translate complex academic concepts into transparent, engaging learning experiences, designing content flows and layouts, and maintaining consistency across all learning modules.

The Content

Designer will conduct user-focused research to understand student needs,



iterate content based on feedback and performance data, and support the continuous improvement of the overall learning experience. The role also involves managing content libraries, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the curriculum, and contributing to the overall content strategy of Mission JEET.

Key Responsibilities

- Create content for social media, campaigns, presentations, websites, and digital platforms.
- Develop creative concepts, copy, and content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Simplify complex information into engaging and audience-friendly content.
- Collaborate with marketing, academic, and design teams.
- Create content for posts, reels, carousels, banners, and other digital assets.
- Stay updated with content, design, and social media trends.
- Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and visually effective.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Content Design, Content Creation, or a similar role.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of visual communication and content presentation.
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital content formats.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
