Role Description The Construction Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating site activities, managing contractors and subcontractors, supervising construction teams, and monitoring progress against project schedules and budgets.

The Construction

Manager will review plans and specifications, implement construction safety protocols, manage project control processes,



and address issues or risks that may impact timelines or costs. The role also involves regular reporting to senior stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining clear documentation to support compliance and project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong construction supervision and leadership abilities, including Supervisory Skills to manage site teams and contractors effectively.

- Hands-on experience in Construction activities, including understanding of methods, materials, and sequencing of works.

- Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control to plan, track, and optimize project expenditures.

- Knowledge of Construction Safety standards and practices, with a track record of enforcing safety protocols in office.

- Experience with Project Control, including scheduling, progress tracking, risk management, and reporting.

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, contracts, and specifications.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience managing multiple projects or large-scale construction sites in an urban environment is an advantage.

- Familiarity with construction management software and basic MS Office tools.
