Role Description The Construction Manager role at Ramky Infrastructures is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will oversee construction activities, manage project timelines, and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met. Daily responsibilities include supervising site teams, monitoring project progress, managing resources and materials, and ensuring compliance with construction safety standards and relevant regulations.

The Construction

Manager will also handle project budgeting, cost control, and documentation,



while regularly reporting status updates to senior management and stakeholders. The role requires consistent presence at the job site to address operational issues, maintain quality standards, and support safe, efficient execution of work.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead on-site teams, coordinate contractors, and manage daily construction activities.
- Candidates should possess Project Control and Budgeting skills to plan, track, and optimize project schedules, costs, and resource allocations.
- Candidates should possess Construction and Construction Safety expertise to ensure high-quality execution of work in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Relevant experience in infrastructure or electrical/electronic manufacturing projects is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities are essential.
- Proficiency in project management tools and familiarity with local building codes and regulations is an advantage.
