About UniLiv
UniLiv is a leading provider of secure, fully furnished student housing and co-living accommodation across India, built on tech-enabled property management. Residents get an all-inclusive, single-fee rental model with minimal security deposits, plus premium amenities: modern rooms, 24/7 power backup, high-speed internet, and regular housekeeping and laundry. Beyond the room, UniLiv builds vibrant, inclusive communities through curated social events, wellness activities and brand partnerships that help residents connect, grow and feel at home.
About the Role
This is an end-to-end engagement role with a strong marketing edge, running at scale. You will own the complete engagement cycle for large resident cohorts across UniLiv residences in Noida: setting the engagement strategy and calendar, designing and budgeting programs, bringing in the right partners, promoting to residents, running events on the ground, measuring what worked, and feeding that into the next cycle. Some of these are intimate floor-level programs; others are full-property festivals and flagship events with hundreds of residents in the room.
Every program you run is also a marketing asset. You will turn community life into content, stories, reels and reviews that travel beyond the property: strengthening the UniLiv brand in Noida, feeding the central marketing team a steady stream of real material, and driving the referrals and word-of-mouth that bring the next residents in.
What End-to-End Engagement Means at UniLiv
- Plan: Own a quarterly engagement calendar mapped to the resident calendar (move-in season, exams, festivals, breaks) and to the different cohorts living with us: new joiners, long-stayers, students, working professionals.
- Design and budget: Concept each program with a clear objective, whether that is participation, partner value or brand visibility, and manage spend responsibly.
- Partner: Bring in brands, local businesses and service providers to co-create, sponsor or activate programs.
- Market: Build the promo plan for every program (resident groups, the app, notice boards, posters, social) and make sure it looks and sounds like UniLiv.
- Execute: Run logistics, vendors, crowd flow and safety; host the event, direct the on-ground team, and capture content while it happens.
- Amplify: Publish the story afterwards,
push it to marketing, and convert it into reviews, referrals and resident-generated content.
- Review: Track participation, reach, engagement and event feedback; run post-event reviews, report to leadership, and carry the learnings into the next cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the resident engagement calendar end to end: plan, budget, partner, promote, execute, amplify, review and improve community events, festivals and wellness programs.
- Run structured community programs for defined resident cohorts (new-joiner batches, exam-season groups, interest clubs, long-stay residents) with clear objectives, a repeatable format and measurable participation.
- Deliver large-scale flagship events end to end: venue and crowd planning, vendor and artist coordination, permissions, safety, run-of-show, on-day command and post-event settlement.
- Own the content engine for Noida residences: shoot and collect photos, reels, resident stories and testimonials from every program, and build a usable content bank for the marketing team.
- Run resident-facing social and communication channels (property groups, community pages and local content), keeping tone, visuals and messaging consistent with UniLiv brand guidelines.
- Build and nurture long-term brand relationships with partners, local businesses and service providers, managing collaborations, co-branded activations and renewals.
- Drive reviews, referrals and resident advocacy: run referral pushes, prompt Google and platform reviews after strong moments, and build a resident ambassador network that helps programs and content scale.
- Support local brand visibility and demand generation: campus activations, local tie-ups and community-led campaigns that put UniLiv in front of prospective residents in Noida.
- Work hand in hand with the central marketing team on campaigns, brand launches, seasonal pushes and collateral, adapting national campaigns for local audiences.
- Maintain trackers, manage engagement and partnership budgets, and report program performance, content output, reach and partner ROI to leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Experience handling cohorts and running community programs.
You have owned recurring programs for defined groups of people (student batches, member cohorts, clubs, chapters, campus communities), not one-off events. You know how to build a format, keep a group engaged over weeks and months, and hold participation up after the novelty wears off.
- Proven public and event management at scale. You have planned and run large events end to end (fests, concerts, conferences, festival nights, campus activations), handling vendors, permissions, crowd control, safety, budgets, run-of-show and live on-day command with hundreds of people present.
- Proven, hands-on ownership of engagement calendars from strategy through partner sourcing, execution, promotion and review. You have built the calendar, not just delivered events on it. Experience in co-living, student housing, hospitality or campus life preferred.
- Real marketing instinct: you can spot the story in an evening, shoot and cut a decent reel on a phone, write copy that sounds human, and understand what makes content perform with a student and young-skilled audience.
- Comfortable running social channels day to day, with working knowledge of Instagram and WhatsApp community formats and basic tools such as Canva or CapCut.
- Track record of building and managing brand or partner relationships, including negotiating collaborations and running co-branded activations.
- Strong stage presence and group facilitation: comfortable hosting, anchoring and holding a room, with clear written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Solid organizational and budgeting skills; comfortable juggling multiple initiatives and tracking program and content performance.
- Comfort working on-site in a energetic residential environment, including evenings and weekends when programs run.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior community-focused or content-led experience (community manager, resident engagement, campus ambassador, event manager, social media executive) is highly desirable.
Why This Role
Build the community layer of a fast-growing brand. You own the engagement calendar, the partner relationships and the content that comes out of them, with a real budget behind you and direct exposure to leadership. This is the chance to shape how thousands of residents experience one of India's fastest-growing co-living operators.
UniLiv is an equal chance employer. We welcome applicants of every background, and hire on capability and attitude alone.
