We are not building another generic YouTube channel; we are laying the groundwork for a major mainstream streaming and broadcast player. To drive this vision, we are looking for a Co-Founder & Media Lead—either a Seasoned Journalist who knows how to break real stories and build public trust, or a Seasoned Production Director who knows how to craft high-gloss, broadcast-ready content.
The RoleAs a Co-Founder, you will not just be an employee; you will own a significant piece of the venture and shape its editorial direction, production standard, and broadcast strategy from Day 1.
Option A: The Journalist Co-Founder
- Editorial Leadership: Set the newsroom vision, investigative direction, and ethical standards for KRAM TV.
- On-Air & Field Presence: Anchor flagship shows, lead field investigations, and interview key public figures, industry leaders, and policy makers.
- Story Pipeline: Source high-impact civic, political, and economic stories that resonate with the public and drive real-world accountability.
Option B: The Production Co-Founder
- Broadcast Strategy & Execution: Lead technical production, studio setup, multi-camera operations, lighting, sound design, and live-streaming infrastructure.
- Post-Production Direction: Oversee editing, graphics, motion packaging,
and visual identity to ensure every output matches mainstream network quality.
- Team & Operations: Build and manage a lean, high-output crew of videographers, editors, and technical operators.
Who You Are
- Seasoned Experience: 5+ years in mainstream television news, digital media networks, high-end documentary production, or investigative journalism.
- Execution Machine: You know how to take an idea from a rough script to a polished, broadcast-quality master under tight deadlines.
- Vision & Grit: You understand the startup phase. You are driven by equity, ownership, and the ambition to build a legacy brand rather than playing it safe in a legacy newsroom.
- Network & Credibility: Robust industry contacts (journalists, technical crews, agency partners, or distribution networks).
