Role Description

You'll help café owners join TheCornerBooth as partners. We provide the leads. Your job is to pitch TheCornerBooth, negotiate the partnership terms, and close signed agreements. The role is fully remote and flexible, with performance-linked earnings on every café you onboard and higher earnings for better-negotiated deals.

Skills We Need

- Robust negotiation skills and the confidence to hold a position on terms.
- Ability to handle objections calmly and answer an owner's doubts without giving in on terms.
- A basic understanding of how cafés make money: footfall, slow hours, and aggregator commissions.
- Persistence in following up without being pushy.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
- Honesty and accuracy in reporting deals and completing agreements.
- Experience in hospitality, food and beverage (F&B;), or B2B sales is a plus, not a must.

Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, business development, hospitality, or food and beverage (F&B;).
- Own smartphone, laptop, and reliable internet access.
