CA QUALIFIED – MANAGER

Department: CFO – FP&A; / Financial Analysis

Position: Manager

Location: Delhi (91Springboard Mohan Estate, Current Delhi )

Qualification: CA Qualified

Experience: 1–2 Years in FP&A; & Financial Analysis

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial reports, MIS, and management reports

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Perform financial analysis and provide business insights

Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and key financial metrics

Prepare variance analysis and identify key business trends

Assist in cash flow planning and financial decision-making

Develop financial models and analytical reports

Coordinate with internal teams to collect and analyze financial data

Present financial insights and recommendations to management

Ensure accuracy and timely completion of financial reports

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of FP&A; and Financial Analysis

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Robust understanding of financial statements





Good knowledge of budgeting and forecasting

Financial modelling and MIS reporting skills

Advanced MS Excel skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work with large sets of financial data

Good business acumen and attention to detail

ELIGIBILITY

CA Qualified candidates only

1–2 years of relevant experience in FP&A; & Financial Analysis
