Experience: 3+ Years in IT/Technology Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, email outreach and other channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to closure
- Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial offers
- Develop strategic partnerships and channel opportunities
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for project requirements




- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve business targets
- Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business

Desired Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong B2B/B2C sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in IT/Software/Technology services sales
- Good understanding of web, mobile, software and digital solutions
- Solid networking and relationship-building ability
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients
