Job Title: Business Development Manager –

Experience Required: 6–7 Years

Industry Preference: BTL / Rural Marketing / On-ground Activations

CTC Range: ₹10-12 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and well-networked Business Development skilled with expertise in rural marketing and activation ecosystems. The ideal candidate should have a track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation, with deep understanding of rural consumer behaviour and activation models across India.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the rural marketing and activation space.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients across sectors such as FMCG, Agri, Auto, Telecom, and BFSI.

Leverage personal network and industry relationships to generate leads and convert them into business.

Pitch innovative rural activation concepts tailored to client objectives.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.

Coordinate with internal strategy, operations, and execution teams for seamless project delivery.

Track market trends, competitor activities,



and emerging opportunities in rural engagement.

Drive revenue targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–7 years of experience in Business Development within BTL, rural activations, or experiential marketing.

Strong client network and established relationships with key brand decision-makers.

Good understanding of rural touchpoints such as haats, melas, mandis, village-level engagement, influencer networks, and community-led activations.

Strong pitching, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to conceptualize and sell integrated rural campaigns.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across rural markets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong understanding of rural India as a consumer market.

Existing relationships with marketing heads, procurement teams, and agency partners.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently drive closures.

Strategic thinker with strong execution orientation.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
