Role Description The Business Development Intern (Freshers) role at Internz Learn is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support lead generation efforts, reach out to prospective partners or clients, and assist in building and maintaining business relationships. Daily activities include researching potential markets, preparing sales pitches and presentations, coordinating meetings, and updating CRM or tracking tools with relevant data.

The intern will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns and business goals, and will assist in reporting on performance metrics and identifying new growth opportunities.

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with prospective clients and partners.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, follow-up, and relationship-building capabilities.

- Candidates should possess proficiency in common productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and online collaboration platforms).

- Interest in education technology, startups, or business development is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred, but candidates from other disciplines with strong motivation are welcome to apply.
