Identify and research potential clients (International and PAN India businesses) who could benefit from ProPosting's services.

Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other outreach channels

Qualify leads and schedule discovery/sales calls

Present ProPosting's services and proposals to prospective clients

Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales pipeline

Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and deals in an Excel sheet.

Work closely with the founder/creative team to tailor pitches and proposals to client needs

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities

Fixed base salary plus uncapped commission on closed deals

Hands-on mentorship in agency sales, client handling, and negotiation
