Role Description This Business Development Intern role is a hybrid internship based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for some work-from-home assignments. The intern will support the business development team by identifying potential clients, assisting with lead generation activities, and tracking outreach efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and gathering insights to inform growth strategies.

The role also involves supporting client communication, preparing presentations and proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.



The intern will collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to align outreach with Be Rolling Media’s brand storytelling and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, including founders, brand

heads, marketing managers, and key decision-makers.
- Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls to build

relationships and generate leads.
- Assist in creating customized proposals and basic growth ideas based on client

requirements.
- Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and coordinate meetings and presentations.
- Maintain lead databases, client information, and sales trackers using MS Excel and

CRM tools.
- Work closely with creative and production teams to understand client requirements

and ensure smooth execution.
- Gain hands-on exposure to business development, marketing, and the media

production industry in a quick-paced environment.
