Summary A leading global provider of strategic operations, technology, and data services for insurance organizations is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 5 to 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the London Market (Lloyd's) insurance ecosystem and strong source-to-target data mapping capabilities to drive business and data transformation initiatives, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Responsibilities

- Lead discovery workshops to gather, document, and translate complex insurance requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform end-to-end source-to-target data mapping, data profiling, and define business rules, data quality controls, and transformation logic for data migration and reporting.
- Analyze and optimize business processes across the full insurance lifecycle, covering underwriting, policy, claims, premium accounting, and reinsurance.
- Collaborate actively with Product Owners, Solutions Architects, Data Engineers, and QA teams throughout Agile delivery sprints.
- Validate delivered datasets, support solution testing, conduct defect triage, and drive UAT business sign-offs.

Requirements

- 5 to 12 years of core experience as a Business Analyst within the Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance domain.
- Strong domain knowledge of the London Market / Lloyd's ecosystem,



including Delegated Authority, Coverholders, Binding Authority, Bordereaux, and Lloyd's reporting standards.
- Proven expertise in Data Analysis, Source-to-Target Data Mapping, Data Quality rules, and SQL validation.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments utilizing tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks), Data Warehousing, Power BI, ACORD standards, or Lloyd's Data Standards is preferred.
