Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Business Development Executive based in Bilaspur.

The Business Development

Executive will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and managing client accounts, and fostering lasting relationships.

Responsibilities include conducting market research to identify potential clients, creating strategies to drive business growth,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will work in a dynamic environment, contributing directly to PhonePe's mission of financial empowerment through strategic partnerships and market expansion.

Qualifications

- Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Strong skills in Communication and building effective client relationships
- Proficiency in Account Management and managing multiple stakeholders
- Solid understanding of Business concepts and strategies
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
- Prior experience in the fintech or digital payments industry is advantageous
- 12th Pass

Experience Fresher/Experience Minimum 6 Months In marketing
