Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage daily branch operations and team performance.
✅ Guide students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities.
✅ Drive student enrollments for IELTS, PTE, Duolingo and Overseas Admission Services.
✅ Build relationships with colleges, universities, coaching centers and educational institutions.
✅ Monitor counselling quality and admission processes.
✅ Achieve branch growth targets through local marketing initiatives.
✅ Train and motivate counsellors and support staff.
✅ Maintain excellent student experience from counselling to visa approval.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate or post-graduate degree
Experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Educational Sales
Solid communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage targets and branch operations
Local market knowledge of Anand, Nadiad, Vallabh Vidyanagar, and nearby regions
