Role Description This is a full-time, in office Bench Sales Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad.

The Bench Sales

Recruiter will manage and market bench candidates to staffing clients, build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and hiring managers, and actively identify new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and qualifying candidates, negotiating rates and terms, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely onboarding.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders, and collaborating with account management teams to meet placement targets and service-level expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Recruitment skills, with experience in marketing bench candidates and closing placements.
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, negotiating, and onboarding.
- Hands-on experience with Hiring processes and coordination with clients and internal teams.
- Account Management abilities to build, maintain, and grow relationships with staffing clients and vendors.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with candidates and clients.
- Familiarity with IT staffing or professional services recruitment is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working with CRM or ATS tools and basic MS Office or Google Workspace applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet targets and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience in recruitment or staffing.
