What You'll Do

- Build backend services using Python (FastAPI preferred)
- Develop REST APIs and backend systems
- Design scalable and reliable services
- Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues
- Deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Write clean, tested, production-ready code
- Collaborate with ML and product teams

Must have 4–7 years of backend engineering experience Robust Python and FastAPI (or Flask/Django) Strong Computer Science fundamentals (DSA, DBMS, OS, Networking) Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis Experience building scalable backend systems Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Experience working on AI/ML products Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Celery WebSockets or gRPC Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana) Startup or high-growth company experience Open-source contributions
