Our clients lose hours every week to copying data between tools, chasing approvals and rebuilding the same report. You will find where that time goes and build the automation that gives it back, using n8n, custom APIs and code where a no-code tool is not enough.
What you will do
- Map a client's current process and design the workflow that replaces it.
- Build and maintain automations across CRMs, spreadsheets, payment tools, help desks and messaging platforms.
- Add the parts people forget: retries, error handling, alerts, logging and transparent ownership.
- Decide when a no-code workflow is enough and when custom code is the better choice.
- Document what you build, so clients can run it without us.
You might be a good fit if
- You have built workflows with n8n, Make, Zapier or similar, and hit their limits.
- You are comfortable reading API documentation and writing JavaScript or TypeScript.
- You think about what happens when a step fails, not only when it works.
- You like turning a messy process into something clear.
Nice to have
- Experience with webhooks, OAuth and rate limits.
- A background in operations, finance or support, so you know the work you are automating.
