Role Description The Autocad Operator role at Jaipur Furniture is a full time, on-site position based in Rajasthan, India. In this role, the Autocad Operator will prepare detailed technical drawings and 2D/3D shop drawings for custom furniture and interior projects, following established CAD standards and project specifications. The individual will translate design concepts and sketches into accurate production-ready drawings, coordinate with designers, production teams, and suppliers,



and revise drawings as needed to reflect feedback and changes.

Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing drawing files, ensuring clarity and dimensional accuracy, supporting documentation for manufacturing and installation, and maintaining alignment with quality and safety guidelines.

Operator will also collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and contribute to efficient project execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Shop Drawings and Technical Drawing for furniture and interior projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in CAD Standards and Drawing to create accurate and consistent design documentation.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with designers, production staff, and vendors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software, with experience in furniture, interiors, or architecture.
- Understanding of materials, joinery, and manufacturing processes relevant to bespoke furniture.
- Attention to detail, ability to read and interpret design specifications, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in CAD, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience as an Autocad Operator or CAD Drafter in furniture or interior design is an advantage.
