Role Description This is a full-time, in office Autocad Drafter role based in Mumbai.

The Autocad

Drafter will prepare detailed technical drawings and layouts for interior design projects, including plans, elevations, and sections.

Responsibilities include converting design concepts into accurate CAD drawings, coordinating shop drawings with contractors, and updating architectural drawings as design changes occur. The role involves collaborating closely with designers and project managers to ensure drawings meet quality standards, local regulations, and project timelines. The drafter will also maintain organized drawing files and support documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Ability to produce precise Technical Drawing and Drawing documentation for interior and architectural projects.
- Experience creating and coordinating Shop Drawings for contractors, vendors,



and fabrication teams.
- Proficiency in preparing and revising Architectural Drawings aligned with design intent and site conditions.
- Solid understanding of Architecture principles relevant to interior layouts, materials, and building services.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD), with familiarity in 3D tools such as SketchUp or Revit considered a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work within deadlines in a studio environment.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a drafter in interior design, architecture, or construction is preferred.
