About the Role :
IIVS is hiring an Astrologer & Gemstone Consultant with strong expertise in Vedic Astrology and gemstone prescription. The role involves analysing clients' birth charts, understanding their concerns, and prescribing suitable gemstones based on established astrological principles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct Vedic Astrology consultations through calls and online/offline sessions.
- Analyse Kundli/Birth Charts and planetary influences.
- Recommend suitable gemstones based on the individual's chart and requirements.
- Explain the astrological reasoning, suitability, weight, metal, finger, and wearing procedure of recommended gemstones.
- Address client queries regarding gemstone suitability, authenticity, quality, and usage.
- Coordinate with the gemstone sales team for accurate fulfilment of recommendations.
- Maintain client consultation records and recommendations in CRM.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through skilled consultations.
Candidate Profile :
- 2–5 years of practical experience in Vedic Astrology.
- Strong expertise in Vedic Astrology and gemstone prescription.
- Good understanding of planets, houses, Dashas, Yogas, and planetary strengths.
- Strong knowledge of gemstones traditionally associated with different planets.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, ethical, and professional approach to client consultations.
- Prior experience in paid astrology consultations is preferred.
