How You Will Contribute

As a valued member of the A&M; Global Business Transformation Services team, you will be working on high-impact projects across the entire project life cycle, including conducting detailed market analysis, developing and executing growth strategy, implementing operational improvements, understanding customer preferences and driving financial performance enhancements to deliver measurable results for our clients. You will support projects across the entire private equity life cycle, from pre-acquisition support (operational due diligence, carve-out, merger integration), to transformation, performance improvement and operational turnaround/restructuring, through to supporting the exit across regions. Additionally, you will also be validating and executing on operations-focused problem solving and transformation activities on our clients’ projects

- Assist in pitch development and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Build sub-sector expertise and support the development and delivery of solutions across:
- Consumer &
- Packaged Goods (CPG): Food &
- Beverage, Personal Care, Household Goods, Health &
- Wellness, Electronics, etc.
- Retail: Grocery, Apparel, Department Stores/General Merchandise, E-Commerce, B2B Retail, etc.
- Healthcare:



Hospitals, MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, Health Insurance, etc.
- Travel, Hospitality &
- Leisure.
- Work with analytical and visualization tools, with a focus on building expertise in Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Python, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Contribute as an active team member in delivering business solutions and supporting corporates across the value chain.
- Develop a strong understanding of Private Equity (PE) businesses, including financial and accounting concepts.
- Conduct primary and secondary research and synthesize findings into high-quality client reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Perform benchmarking analyses across relevant sector-specific financial and operational metrics to identify areas of potential underperformance and improvement.
- Support the development of financial models and analysis, including cash flow models, financial projections, and scenario analyses.
- Synthesize research and analytical findings into high-quality financial reports, presentations, and actionable client recommendations.
