The Opportunity

We're looking for an Associate Program Manager with 2–3 years of experience in program management, product operations, consulting, growth operations, startup operations, or similar roles involving cross-functional execution.

This role is suited for someone who can take loosely defined objectives and turn them into structured execution plans, coordinate across multiple teams, track progress and risks, and ensure workstreams move forward with clear ownership and accountability.

As an Associate Program Manager, you will work closely with Engineering, Product, Clinical, QA, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to execute defined programs and workstreams within larger product or clinical initiatives.

The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, and able to operate effectively in ambiguous environments while knowing when to escalate issues. You will work under the guidance of Senior or Lead Program Managers while progressively taking ownership of defined workstreams.

What You'll Do

- Own the execution of defined programs or workstreams within larger product, clinical, or operational initiatives, delivering against agreed scope, timelines, and success metrics.
- Translate high-level objectives from Senior or Lead Program Managers into structured execution plans with milestones, task breakdowns, dependencies, and tracking mechanisms.
- Coordinate day-to-day execution across Clinical, Engineering, Product, QA, Operations, and distributed stakeholder teams.
- Track project timelines, milestones, KPIs, and deliverables and maintain clear visibility into execution progress.
- Maintain risk, issue, and dependency logs and proactively identify potential blockers, mitigation actions, and escalation points.
- Coordinate stakeholder follow-ups and ensure action items have clear ownership and are completed within agreed timelines.
- Support product releases,



pilots, and operational rollouts by coordinating stakeholder readiness, execution follow-through, and early issue tracking.
- Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements, dependencies, constraints, and expected outcomes.
- Help bridge technical requirements with clinical or operational needs through structured requirement clarification and cross-functional coordination.
- Surface scope, timeline, quality, and resource trade-offs using structured and data-backed inputs to support senior decision-making.
- Prepare project updates, dashboards, status reports, meeting notes, and other execution documentation for relevant stakeholders.
- Support vendor and external partner coordination, where applicable, by tracking deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups under appropriate guidance.
- Identify process gaps and contribute to improving project execution frameworks, reporting practices, and operational workflows.
- Explore opportunities for workflow automation, lightweight scripting, or improved reporting mechanisms to increase execution efficiency and visibility.
- Use data and project metrics to identify trends, risks, and areas requiring intervention.
- Maintain solid execution hygiene by ensuring project documentation, trackers, decisions, and action items remain current and accurate.
- Escalate significant risks, delays, or unresolved dependencies with appropriate context and proposed next steps.
- Take ownership of assigned workstreams and drive them to completion while keeping relevant stakeholders informed.

Required Qualifications

What We're Looking For

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in program management, project management, or product operations within an IT/software company.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to translate loosely defined objectives into structured execution plans with milestones, task breakdowns, dependencies, and timelines.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders across functions such as Engineering, Product, Clinical, Operations, QA, or Business.
- Ability to track KPIs, risks, issues, dependencies, and execution milestones with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
- High ownership mindset with a bias for action and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.




- Ability to identify when issues require escalation and communicate them clearly with relevant context.
- Process-oriented approach with an ability to identify inefficiencies and contribute to improving execution processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA from a reputed institution.
- Working knowledge of SQL or data querying tools.
- Experience working with Engineering, Product, Clinical, or Data Science teams.
- Experience supporting software or technology product development.
- Experience coordinating product releases, pilots, launches, or operational rollouts.
- Familiarity with Agile or other structured project execution methodologies.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Experience maintaining project dashboards, reporting frameworks, risk registers, or dependency trackers.
- Experience with workflow automation, lightweight scripting, or reporting automation.
- Experience coordinating vendors or external partners.
- Experience working in healthcare, life sciences, AI, technology, consulting, or other complex technical environments.
