- 12 to 16 years of hands on experience in test automation solution building and demo creation for enterprise scale systems with record of driving QE transformation initiatives across large complex programs
- Enterprise Architecture Expertise
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and end to end business workflows
- Deep knowledge of data flow across applications including upstreamdownstream integrations APIs event driven systems and third party interfaces
- Ability to assess quality risks at an enterprise and system of systems level
Core Responsibilities
- Define and drive AI enabled automation strategies aligned with enterprise quality goals
- Architect and implement scalable automation solutions across UI API and mobile platforms
- Design implement and govern QA DevTest pipelines integrated with CICD and cloud platforms
- Provide strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex multi layered production and pre production issues
- Establish QE standards best practices governance models and quality metrics across accounts
- AI Advanced Engineering Capabilities
- Strong hands on exposure to AI based code assisted IDEs and productivity tools eg Copilot MCP Skill based assistants
- Ability to evaluate and adopt AI testing tools and frameworks at enterprise scale
- Exposure to COTS AI testing tools ACCELQ Testim Tricentis ToscaVision AIand their enterprise adoption
- Experience in authoring and maintaining Self healing locators AI driven test generation Smart waits flakiness detection etc
- Key Technical Skills
- Expert level proficiency in JavaScript TypeScript
- Extensive experience with UI automation tool Playwright
- Extensive experience in API automation using REST Assured
- Experience in Mobile automation using Appium or Browserstack
- Strong exposure to cloud based automation platforms supporting UI API and mobile automation
- Deep working knowledge of Azure DevOps Jira and Agile SAFe methodologies
- Strong grounding in testing methodologies risk based testing and QE governance
- Leadership Communication
- Excellent articulation presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to influence and drive enterprise adoption of AI led QE
- Mentor senior engineers and leads act as a thought leader and trusted advisor
