What You'll Do

Must have 1–2 years of experience as an APM, founder's office, early-stage operator, or someone who has built and shipped something real You ship — prototypes, side projects, agents, apps, or hacks You write well — crisp PRDs, Slack messages, and customer replies You're addicted to customer conversations You're obsessed with AI and have hands-on experience with models, tools, and agent frameworks You're quick — prefer shipping a rough v1 today over a perfect v1 next month

Built and launched something AI-powered (agent, LLM app, fine-tune, automation) Comfortable with Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or Lovable to prototype quickly Experience with GTM tools, sales tech, RevOps, or B2B SaaS Plans to start a company someday
