Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated, early-career Associate Product Manager to support Abracon's RF & Antennas product line, which includes embedded and external antennas, SAW and LTCC filters, and RF ICs. Reporting to the Senior Product Line Manager, you will handle day-to-day product support for sales, distribution partners, and customers, and contribute to the analysis and launch activities that drive the line's growth — while building the foundation to grow into a Product Line Manager role. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn product management on the connectivity technologies behind IoT, automotive, industrial, and wireless infrastructure designs.

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be a full-time employee based at Abracon's office in Bangalore, India. A hybrid work-from-home arrangement is available. The role partners closely with the Senior Product Line Manager and headquarters teams in Austin, Texas, and requires regular overlap with U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a regional point of contact for RF & Antennas product inquiries from sales teams, representatives, distribution partners, and customers
- Support the Senior Product Line Manager on pricing and quotation requests, competitor cross-references, and part number recommendations
- Coordinate sample requests, custom part number set-ups, and datasheet, test report, and specification requests with engineering and operations
- Support new product introductions by gathering launch inputs, maintaining NPI documentation, and helping prepare launch collateral and sales training materials
- Assist with product lifecycle activities, including product change notifications (PCNs), last-time-buy, and end-of-life communications
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research on antenna, filter, and RF IC trends to inform product roadmaps and new product proposals
- Track product line sales, bookings, and design-win activity; prepare reports and presentation materials for the Senior Product Line Manager and leadership reviews




- Maintain accurate product data across the website, distributor catalogs, and internal systems
- Relay customer requirements and market trends to the Senior Product Line Manager and engineering teams

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in an engineering, applications, field application, product, or technical sales role, with an electronic component manufacturer or distributor
- Working knowledge of RF fundamentals, including impedance matching, S-parameters, and antenna parameters (gain, efficiency, VSWR); hands-on experience with a vector network analyzer is a plus
- Familiarity with wireless standards (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular/LTE/5G, GNSS, UWB) is a plus
- Strong interest in product management and a basic understanding of the product lifecycle
- Solid analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with global teams across time zones
