The Team

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated recent graduate to join our Knowledge Management (KM) team as a Knowledge Management Associate. This role sits within the Global AI and Knowledge Innovation Organization (GAIKO) and works alongside KM Business Partners to support the design, rollout, and adoption of knowledge management solutions across our consulting business units. This role is broad by design and will expose the ideal candidate to an array of knowledge management activities in support of our firm’s goal to enable practitioners with AI tooling.

How You Will Contribute

Support Business Partners' stakeholder meetings across KM initiatives, including scheduling, preparing materials, taking notes, and tracking follow-up actions.

- Support the rollout of new KM tools and platform features, including facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT), consolidating feedback, creating user guides and process documentation, and serving as a point of contact for users during hypercare
- Design, build, and maintain SharePoint pages and sites in support of KM initiatives,



applying consistent structure, navigation, and visual standards
- Update and maintain SharePoint pages and lists for key knowledge products as content, processes, and platform capabilities evolve
- Support content quality assurance, including tagging, document sanitization, and content organization
- Build strong working relationships across the KM team and with business unit stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent communication
- Demonstrate a willingness to assist with tasks outside the immediate role when it benefits the wider team.

Qualifications

- Recent university graduate (Bachelor's degree or above), or qualified with 0–3 years of experience in knowledge management, content management, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a related area, or equivalent work/technical experience, in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Technology, or Library Sciences
- Internship or work experience with transferable skills preferred
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint required; SharePoint page design or site administration experience strongly preferred. Salesforce experience a plus
- Fluent English is essential, as this person will report to an English-speaking global team. Additional languages (Portuguese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean)

- Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing content quality and testing feedback
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable coordinating and engaging with multiple stakeholder groups, including senior management
- Practical, organized approach to managing testing cycles, documentation, and hypercare support
- Sound judgment and problem-solving ability, with a track record of following through on tasks to completion
- Adaptable and responsive, with the ability to manage competing priorities and shifting timelines
- Able to work independently while keeping the wider team informed.
