Role Description This is a full time, on-site Associate role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves holding psychotherapys sessions, helping facilitate workshops and community circles, preparing materials and spaces for psychotherapy and mindfulness activities, and supporting animal-assisted and arts-based programs.

Qualifications





- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact respectfully and empathetically with diverse individuals and communities.

- Comfort working in a holistic mental health and wellness setting, with openness to psychotherapy, mindfulness, arts-based, and animal-assisted approaches.

- Ability to work on-site full time in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and support occasional evening or weekend programs as needed.

- Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity, non-discrimination, and trauma-informed, sensitive engagement with clients and animals.

- Relevant education or experience in psychology.

- Experience in event support, workshop facilitation, or community outreach within wellness or social-impact spaces is beneficial.
