AI BI Street Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated qualified to join our growing team as an Assistant Manager - Operations / Logistics.

Location: Navi Mumbai/Mumbai

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: Graduate with experience in Trade, Logistics, or Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end import/export processes, compliance, documentation, freight, and local logistics.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents while optimizing logistics costs.

• Manage domestic distribution, inventory control, and warehouse coordination.

• Monitor stock levels and reconcile physical inventory with system records.

• Coordinate effectively with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts teams.

• Handle customer queries, shipment tracking, and delivery-related issues.

Required Skills:





• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and professional email communication.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
