We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to build and manage the organisation's international marketplace business across TikTok Shop and Amazon global marketplaces. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in international e-commerce, marketplace growth, 0-to-1 channel launches, P&L; ownership, TikTok Shop, Amazon international, creator/affiliate programs, and cross-border operations.

Future Employer: A profitable and fast-growing D2C beauty and personal-care organisation with in-house manufacturing and R&D; and an established presence in the consumer market. The organisation is now expanding its international business across global marketplaces and is looking for a hands-on leader to build and scale its international e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end P&L; for the international e-commerce business, including revenue, contribution margin, advertising spend, logistics costs, and profitability across markets and platforms.
- Drive TikTok Shop strategy and execution, including shop setup, catalog management, shop ads, creator/affiliate partnerships, and live-selling programs.
- Manage Amazon international/global selling, including account setup, catalog, advertising, pricing, promotions, and review generation across priority markets.
- Lead 0-to-1 launches across new marketplaces, platforms, and countries, covering account setup, compliance, catalog localisation, logistics, fulfilment, and go-live.
- Develop and manage a scalable creator, affiliate, and content pipeline for TikTok Shop.
- Drive pricing, promotions, and international inventory planning in coordination with Supply Chain and Finance.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage cross-border logistics and 3PL/fulfilment partners,



including customs and marketplace compliance requirements.
- Track and analyse revenue, GMV, ad spend, ACOS/TACOS, contribution margin, and inventory health through regular business reviews.
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and external partners where required while remaining personally hands-on with marketplace accounts and execution.
- Build a repeatable international marketplace growth playbook rather than relying on one-off wins.

Requirements

- 4-7 years of experience in international e-commerce, marketplace growth, or D2C export.
- Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop and/or Amazon international/global selling accounts.
- Proven experience taking a market, platform, or channel from 0 to 1 and building the initial operating playbook.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, creator/affiliate management, live commerce, and shop advertising.
- Strong experience with Amazon international marketplace operations, advertising, pricing, catalog, and account management.
- Proven P&L; ownership with an understanding of contribution margin, commercial trade-offs, advertising efficiency, and logistics costs.
- Working knowledge of cross-border logistics, customs, fulfilment, and marketplace compliance.
- Strong Excel, analytics, dashboarding, and reporting skills.
- Comfortable working in a highly hands-on, execution-oriented environment without relying on a large team.
- Experience in beauty, personal care, FMCG, D2C, or consumer brands will be preferred.
