PoloSoft Technologies is looking for talented Cybersecurity & AI Engineers to join our technology team in Bhubaneswar and Hyderabad.

We’re looking for engineers who can work at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, automation and software engineering and want to build practical, production-ready solutions.

? Role: Cybersecurity & AI Engineer

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Bhubaneswar / Hyderabad

Employment: Full-time

What you’ll work on

- AI/ML-driven cybersecurity solutions
- Security automation and intelligent threat detection
- Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing automation
- AI agents for security operations and analysis
- Security monitoring, threat intelligence and incident analysis
- LLMs, RAG and AI-based security applications
- Python-based security and AI development
- APIs, cloud security and application security
- Building and integrating AI + cybersecurity tools

What we’re looking for





- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity, AI/ML or both
- Strong Python development skills
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals
- Experience with security tools, APIs and automation
- Knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, RAG or AI agents
- Understanding of application, cloud or network security
- Ability to design, build and troubleshoot real-world solutions
- Strong problem-solving and engineering mindset

Valuable to have:

Experience with Generative AI, LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI/LLM APIs, AWS/Azure, SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability scanners, penetration testing tools or security automation frameworks.
