Role Description The Area Sales Executive/ Manager role at Bagrry’s is a full-time, on-site position based in Current Delhi. The individual in this role is responsible for driving sales growth,



achieving volume and revenue targets, and expanding distribution in the assigned areas.

- Strong sales and business development skills, including territory management, channel development, and key account handling.
- Experience in FMCG or food products, with understanding of Goverment Institutional.
- Ability to analyze sales data, forecast demand, and use market insights to plan and track performance.
- Solid relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and motivate field teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferred.
- Prior experience in an area or regional sales management role, ideally in the health foods or FMCG sector.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and work in field-intensive environments.
