? The Role — In Plain TermsYou're the first human a lead talks to, and you set the closer up to win.

Your job is to

? Reach out to people who've shown interest

?️ Have real conversations and understand their actual pain

? Discover what's stuck, what they're afraid of, and what they want

? Nurture leads so they trust the process and show up for their call

✅ Qualify prospects so the closer's calendar is filled with people most likely to buy

? Book qualified prospects onto the closers' calendars

? Earn commission whenever a deal closes from an appointment you set

This is a high-volume seat: around 1,000–1,500 calls/month, so consistency and energy matter. ⚡

? What You'll Actually Do Day to Day? Make 1,000–1,500 calls/month, plus follow-ups over WhatsApp and DMs

? Dig out each lead's real pain — what's stuck, what they fear, and what they want

? Qualify hard and send the closer prospects who are most likely to buy

? Nurture leads so they stay warm between touchpoints

? Book qualified prospects onto closers' calendars

? Confirm and remind prospects to reduce no-shows

? Keep the CRM clean and updated after every conversation





? Track lead quality and objection patterns and share insights with the marketing and sales team

? Ability to get people talking and uncover their real pain, not just tick boxes

? Comfortable with high call volume

? Relentless with follow-ups — you don't let warm leads go cold
