Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their qualified growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of application development with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture and design patterns related to Spring Boot development.
- Experience in developing RESTful web services and integrating with various data sources.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of Spring Boot applications.
- Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools to support agile development practices.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
