Role description
:
The INDUS US Operations Colleague Learning & Effectiveness CPE team is part of the larger Colleague Learning & Effectiveness team. This teamwork tracks the CPEs of employees, reports to leadership and manages compliance. All external client service professionals in the firm, including CPAs and non-CPAs, are required to participate in and document at least 20 hours of qualifying CPE every year and at least 120 hours every three calendar years.
Professionals are strongly encouraged to document 40 hours of CPE a year to comply with the 120-hour triennial requirement.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Support professionals in maintaining accurate compliance records and meeting CPE requirements.
- Manage pre- and post-training processes, including the review and administration of external learning credits.
- Respond to CPE-related queries and provide timely support to internal stakeholders.
- Assist with certification-related processes across various service lines.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders on operational activities and ongoing projects.
- Identify and help resolve process-related issues while ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Support reporting activities, dashboards, and trackers
- Ensure timely completion of requests in adherence to defined SLAs and established processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and service quality.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with global stakeholders.
- Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities,
and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage responsibilities independently while collaborating within a team.
- Customer-focused and service-oriented approach with a commitment to quality and responsiveness.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams); exposure to AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot is an added advantage.
